What’s a Precinct Chair?

A precinct chair is the neighborhood democrat leader who’s main focus is to get fellow democrats in their neighborhood to vote. They do this by reminding their fellow democrat neighbors to vote and letting them know about upcoming elections and who is running in the elections. They also help others in the neighborhood do the same. There is only one Chair per precinct.
